Start self-acquaintance/self-discovery - through the conversation with your Soul, it is the matter of Practice - get in tune:
clean Body: take a Shower, Bath, with all the honors - so that the skin "squeaks";

Conversation with the Soul: "I am, (Last Name, First name given AT BIRTH) and I AM THE SOUL! I realize that clean in me, that strong/powerful and light/bright/luminous, I realize and accept all of me! The river has two banks and I realize it, accept and realize that - here, on Earth, I am - The Soul, and I came here for the Experience! Our task - is to lift You up/higher, to God, to Lord and to the Stars... it is HIGH! In layman's terms/rudimentarily speaking, it is HIGH! You have to be skill-packed, You shouldn't feel bad, we don't need "flyaways" - You are on Earth, came for the experience and through the conversation with the Soul - we are taking off!
