We are being prepared for unification, and we will unify on the territorial level. You’ll see, Russia and Ukraine will be together again; as for the level of countries - we will unify through one common «religion». God says that building a family, a business or any other relationship should be based on a principle of HORIZONTALITY. We all stand on one plane, and each of us has his or her own place and role.
Horizontal hierarchy is a direct interaction between all the members of a family, between a leader and a team and so on.
TRANSPARENCY, TRUST, COMMUNICATION and CREATIVITY are the main principles! Nothing should be postponed until LATER, open discussions of all issues and tasks should take place - that is the essence, you know?
